Grove Relay in a electric outlet form

Rather than ordinary Grove-Relay, a relay in a outlet from will be much more convenient for beginners.

i.e. I want to turn on my PC  through internet, with a arduino uno, an ethernet shield, and a relay. PC’s BIOS is set to power on when the AC power is on, and 220V AC power is  controlled by relay and the boards. However, I do not want to cut the wire  of (possibly destroy) a brand-new terminal board,or deal with thick, hard metal wires. Those wires would be exposed to the surroundings, which is also unsafe. In conclusion, an outlet with a Grove pin, or we can say a relay in outlet form, will be great. It’s like toy bricks, and can be reused since nothing was damaged.

A manual switch and a led indicator should be added, if possible. What’s  more, can it be powered by 220V AC? If so, without battery 5v DC powers and boards, it can be used as light-controlled switch or sound-controlled switch when connected with a light-sensor or sound-sensor. In fact, it’s like the high voltage version of Grove starter kit, with this outlet one can control real home-electrical-devices (lights, PC, terminal boards linked to TV, etc) rather than mini fans and led stripes.
